Marsh, who is also a reality TV personality in her home country, has a set of 32 GG breasts that are way too big for her frame and almost give her freak show status.

Even keeping Zarin’s statements in mind, it can be hard to believe that she’s achieved her current appearance without any help from cosmetic procedures.

The changes aren’t subtle either, which makes Zarin’s claims much less plausible then those put forward by celebrities like Reese Witherspoon about her plastic surgery.

Even fairly recent pictures of Zarin show her with significantly fewer laugh and smile lines, and her smiles all look smaller.

Some people might take this as a sign of the Botox stare, where your muscles are so thoroughly paralyzed by the neurotoxin used in the treatment that you can’t express yourself properly.

This can be a major problem for actors and actresses, despite how popular Botox is among that profession.
However, just because the camera tells us there are changes it is still possible that the changes we see could be achieved with cosmetics, camera angles and careful presentation.

Hollywood stars are nothing if not beautiful illusionists, and it is possible to make the nose appear thinner and to disguise lines in the face with the proper cosmetic products and skills.

So, since Zarin has denied getting her new appearance through cosmetic surgery, the only other option is that she’s crafted it with the aid of cosmetic artists and skill.
