This too-round look is indicative of breast implants. It looks like she may have gotten saline implants instead of silicone implants, which are notorious for not looking as natural. Many celebrities switch from saline implants to silicone implants not only to get an increased cup size, but because the look, and feel of the silicone implants is just plain superior.

All in all, her boobs look large and perky, which is surely why she decided to go under the knife! Hopefully her saline implants stay nice, and don’t get icky like some other famous women in Hollywood.
