The biggest rumors flying about Kat Von D and her plastic surgery celebrity status seem to be floating around the changing appearance of her nose and eyebrows. Commentary like that seen at The Fab Life asks whether or not Kat Von D, who’s still in her 20s, has really made the decision to have her brows lifted and her nose sculpted.
The general consensus seems to be that, if she did have these procedures done, they were completely unnecessary given the already attractive look she was boasting that hardly needed a surgeon’s scalpel for improvement.

What the pictures suggest is that her brows were pulled up near the corners of her eyes, and that her nose was whittled down to make it more aquiline.

However, in recent photos, her nose seems to have become much smaller and now fits her face better, which is a sign of a possible nose job.
By looking at pictures of her from just a few years ago and comparing them with pictures of Kat today, we can definitely see differences in the shape of her nose. Of course, Kat Von D denies these allegations, but these pictures say otherwise.
Furthermore, the corners of Kat Von D’s eyebrows have appeared to be lifted in recent years. Her eyebrows and eyes seem to have much more space between them than there was before. Her eyebrows also look tighter as of lately, and there is no logical explanation other than plastic surgery.
Apparently, there has also been a video on YouTube that is proof of the fact that Kat Von D paid a visit to some plastic surgeon for consultation regarding breast augmentation. In the video, Kat Von D was approved as an ideal candidate to get breast implants.
Indeed, Kat Von D, who was formerly somewhat flat-chested, began sporting bigger, more protruding and rounder breasts all of the sudden. This obviously suggests that she did indeed get breast implants eventually.
As of lately, Kat Von D’s chin has also become thinner and her face has become longer. A unique dimpling can also be noticed between Kat Von D’s chin and lower lip, which suggests that she probably underwent chin augmentation surgery.
It is ironic that Kat Von D, who is skilled in the art of tattooing, a form of body modification, had her body altered through plastic surgery.
